yesterday I had a melanoma removed from my ear. Surgery went well, not sure what my ear looks like though

Had a couple of glasses of wine at the Clare Bar on broadway while waiting for Q and A to start (I was in the audience) Lovely place to read my book, How to Live: A Life of Montaigne in One Question and Twenty Attempts at an Answer
Perfect Days
Went and saw the new Wim Wenders movie, Perfect Days. Magical experience, such subtle filmmaking.

saturday
Had a busy saturday. Went and saw the Taylor Swift concert film with Brad/Greg, amazing experience. sounded and looks fantastic. In the evening I went over to Grahams to watch the voice referendum result, a sombre affair
The end is nigh for Dumaresq Street ‘people’s cinema’
so sad to hear my local cinema is closing. Its been so awesome getting $7.50 tickets to films article
