helping out with the wayside chapels meat raffle on friday night with jeff
hanging out with my good friend scarlett and her family. we went for a ride around sydney olympic park
cyclesydney had a crack at bikepolo on sunday afternoon. lotsa fun
went to graham long’s “thank god I’m not religious” talk last night. great night
feeling pretty happy, content

yesterday I went for a ride with my mate richard (from sydney mens festival) on the central coast. lovely day, nice to get out of sydney for a bit

I have been keeping a diary for the last few years. when I get the time I love writing to my diary. like a close friend that loves to listen
yesterday we went on our second atom ride to ansto. I remember sitting in the control room of hifar (the reactor that was built in the 1950’s) and getting bored with the science. I asked the engineer what the atmosphere was like working in the old reactor. I was expecting him to say something like “tense” instead his eyes lit up and he started recalling the wonderful work culture that they developed there. he wasn’t talking about working on a huge complicated machine, he was talking about working on a living, breathing creature. facinating

last weekend my cycling group, cyclesydney.org did a sculpture ride around the city. great bunch, lotsa fun
